AMOUNTS DO NOT INCLUDE: Towel beach (It's possible to rent beach towels to the hotel), beach service (convention) - transfer from/to the railway station of Tropea, Vibo Valentia Pizzo, and the international airport of Lamezia Terme, internet point, Mini club (both on the beach and in the hotel) with animation (€ 3,00 per day, per child),restaurant, pizza, bar, mechanical football, car, motorcycles and bicycles rental, excursions to Eolie Islands, Stromboli by night, Taormina, Reggio Calabria, and hinterland, hairdresser, gastronomy and touristic tours, beautician, babysitter, "balilla" football playing - extras and all things that weren't specified.

BOOKING : Reservations from Saturday from hours 14:30 to Saturday until hours 10:00 in the periods D - E; The balance of the room at the moment of the arrival; We would like to inform our guests that, in order to protect our business, we will provide to charge € 100,00 into your room for the loss of the safe key, the towels, or any object of the room and any damage. We take your credit card number and expiration data, for only guarantee or deposit compulsory and refundable at end of stay € 100,00; Reservations are confirmed by sending 30% of the total holiday cost. All the reservations must be confirmed by deposit, within 7 days, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Your personal possessions, including lift passes and hire equipment supplied by us, are at your own risk during your stay.Eventuals reductions on the prices, specials offers vacations, promotions and last minute are not cumulative between they. But they must be applied on the official price list 2012.

FLIGHT INFORMATION You must advise us in writing at least 7 days prior to Check In of your flight details for both arrival and departure . Without this information we are not able to organize and deliver any Airport Transfers you have booked with us.

CANCELLATION INFORMATIONS: Cancellation or any change reservation must be received by us with fax or e mail (by telephone is NOT accepted) at least 21 days prior to arrival date. In case of NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION (after the above mentioned time): payment of 100% of holiday. The hotel can to make use of credit card of client. In case of DELAYED ARRIVAL and EARLY DEPARTURE payment 100% of holiday.
